1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the app:

• Account information: Email address and name when you create an account.
• Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. ShowMyGame never stores your full card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe stores your payment method securely on our behalf. We store a Stripe customer ID linked to your account.
• Bid activity: The games you bid on, amounts, which bar and TV, and auction outcomes.
• Location: Approximate location to show you nearby participating bars. We do not store your precise location or track you between sessions.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process bids and charge your card only when you win an auction.
• To show you nearby participating bars and live auction status.
• To send you notifications when you are outbid or when you win an auction.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• To improve the app and fix technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you add a payment method, your card details are sent directly to Stripe and never pass through ShowMyGame servers.

We use Stripe's "authorize and capture" model: your card is authorized when you place a bid, but you are only charged if your bid wins. Losing bids are never captured — your card is never charged for a bid you did not win.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Stripe: For payment processing as described above.
• Participating bars: We share only the winning bid amount and game selection with the bar where the auction took place. We do not share your name, contact information, or payment details with bars.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of ShowMyGame, its users, or the public.
• Business transfers: If ShowMyGame is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this occurs.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and bid history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We retain payment records for seven years as required by financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure cloud infrastructure. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe using PCI DSS Level 1 compliant systems — the highest level of payment security certification.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law (e.g. payment records).
• Portability: Request your bid history and account data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt out of notifications: You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

ShowMyGame is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the app. Your continued use of ShowMyGame after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
